Founder

Alexa has spent 13+ years as a Project Manager and Executive Assistant supporting CEOs and senior leadership across startups, energy companies, and corporate environments including AT&T and Bitcoin/Web3 development. She's lead AI and SharePoint system implementations, coordinating multi‑time‑zone teams and executive operations, and managed complex cross‑department initiatives. She's overseen multimillion‑dollar asset documentation for global data centers and assets valued at $50-100M, supported international Bitcoin farm development, and facilitated due diligence for major acquisitions. Her experience spans HR modernization projects, including drafting policy and transitioning organizations to HR platforms. Alexa produced board‑ready presentations for ultra-high net worth investors, managed Board of Directors operations, and executed high‑level events. Known for bringing structure to ambiguity, she streamlines workflows, optimizes processes, and elevates executive productivity through expert coordination, proactive problem‑solving, and exceptional operational leadership.
